Diana was born in Waikerie in 1943 into the Everett family, and in 1973 was introduced to the art of Porcelain painting. Diana enjoyed a total of 15 years teaching the art of Porcelain on-glaze painting to a wide range of students from varied lifestyles. She is a member of the Australian Porcelain Art Teachers and was a member of the International Art Teachers Assoc. She has won many prizes in this field. In the past ten years she has diversified and expanded her knowledge to include watercolour, acrylic, oil and mixed media paintings.

Stopped for a wine tasting and a stroll through the property, stayed for the wonderful high tea. Beautiful knick knacks for purchase plus local produce. The owners were very hospitable and the chateau decorated beautifully throughout. Definitely worth a stop in.
Barossa Chateau makes the best sparkling white wine I have ever tasted. I would take this over Mumm or Möet any day. And their Rosé is light and fresh and very refreshing. The high tea is beautiful and the gardens are beautiful with that fresh country air I miss. Highly recommend.
